We have a fixed shipping fee.
For the Netherlands, Belgium, England and Germany this is € 10 and for the rest of the country € 15. Whether this is 1 kilo or 20 kilos!
This means that your order will be delivered to your home within 2 to 4 working days, after receiving your payment.

LOOQA will process your order after receiving your payment, via Ideal, Paypal, Bancontact or by transfer.
The transfer of the amount (the transaction) outside the Netherlands usually takes two working days at the banks.
You will be kept well informed by us about the status of your payment and order.

Should it occur that we and/or Harkila & Seeland do not have some sizes/items in stock and cannot deliver within 2 to 4 working days, we will inform you by e-mail. You then decide whether we have to cancel your order or place your order in backorder.
We always send your package registered with Post.nl. We also give you a track & trace code to follow the order yourself via www.tracktrace.nl.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can of course revoke it within 14 days after receiving it. After withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the undamaged and unworn products in original packaging.

In the event of a complete cancellation of your order, the purchase amount + your small shipping fee will be returned to you within 3 working days. That’s how we like to work!
